Instructional Coaching:Coaches can provide own EXPERIENCEs when guiding both adults and children. Those experiences can help draw upon past events for adults and can help shape the future for children.

Andragogical Strategy: instructors act as facilitator and not as lecturers. Allowing adult learners to play a role allows them to think differently and put themselves in the position they could potentially have. It allows to look at multiple PERSPECTIVES and determine solutions to new problems.
