Project managers (PMs) are in charge of project management, the creation or modification of projects, assignment creation, and resources management. A PM user in Phrase TMS is created and managed by an administrator or another project manager. Although project managers have almost the same rights as administrators, they cannot view or modify subscriptions.
Who is a project manager?
Project managers' user rights can be restricted if required. A PM can be assigned as the owner of a project, project template, TM, or TB that was created by another user. After it is assigned to them, the PM gains the same user rights as if they had created it themselves.
Project managers' user rights
Project managers’ permissions can be restricted to prevent them from viewing, editing, or deleting projects created by other users unless they are set as the owner of the project. Besides being owners of projects, project templates, TMs, or TBs, project managers and administrators can also own jobs. A user who imports a job into a project automatically becomes the job owner and will receive notifications any time the status changes.
