Word order:

Adjectives do not change with the noun that they modify!

We can use "to have got + adj + noun" or "possessive + noun + to be + adj"

He has got short spiky black hair. = His hair is short, spiky and black.

He has got a black beard. = His beard is black.

He has got big ears and a big mouth. = His ears are big, and his mouth is big.

He has got small black eyes and a big nose. = His eyes are small and black, and his nose is big.
