The results demonstrated that P. aeruginosa adherence to UECs was dramatically decreased in the presence of NE, showing that NE can prevent P. aeruginosa adhesion.

1. The findings reveal that neem leaves have antibiofilm properties, which supports the use of NE in the elimination of biofilm diseases. 2. As the worldwide landscape shifts towards the usage of nontoxic plant products with medicinal value, more study on neem is needed for improved economic and therapeutic utilisation.

Azadirachta indica (neem) is a well-known medicinal plant with a long history of use in many diseases in Indian traditional medicine (Ayurveda, Unani, and Tibetan) since time immemorial.Neem preparations have been shown to be antihelminthic, antibacterial, contraceptive, and sedative.
