Technology is the set of techniques, skills, methods and processes used in the production of goods or services, or in the accomplishment of objectives, as in scientific investigations. Technology can be the knowledge of techniques, processes and the like.

It is one of the main importance of technology. Technology has made accessing information extremely easy. Before the evolution of smartphones and computers, people had only one resource for finding information: books. So it was very difficult for people to find information.

Before the evolution of technology, companies relied on face-to-face meetings and physical mail to communicate their ideas. Today, when technology has evolved so much, people can easily communicate with each other thousands of kilometers away. E-mails, phone calls and video conferences made communication easier and faster.
