Style Guide
All Food Handlers
Shoes should be non-slip and ideally have reinforced toe-caps if you work in the kitchen areas. Kitchen and Pastry teams will be provided with safety shoes.
Food Handlers unless in a supervisory or manager position will be provided with a uniform. We ask that all uniforms are kept clean, tidy and well presented.
All legal HSE requirements should be adhered to.
Non - Food Handlers
Your appearance contributes to our success. If no uniform is provided please wear suitable business attire. Jackets should be worn in guest facing areas.
We ask that you wear tights or tight socks in black or natural colour.Simple, dark socks should be worn under trousers, coordinated with the uniform.
Shoes should be enclosed and professional. Slip resistant soles and heels are recomended. Dark belts should be worn with trousers, in keeping with the suit.
General APpearance
Make up should be natural and appropriate. Nails need to be clean and tidy. If you choose to wear nail varnish, it must be well maintained and not ostentatious. Nail decorations are not allowed. Tattoos must not be offensive in nature and facial tattoos are not allowed. Perfume or aftershave must not be overpowering. Personal hygiene is to be maintained whilst on shift. Jewellery to be kept to a minimum, i.e. one small earring per lobe, wedding band, a watch, one bracelet. Visible piercings on face, nose and tongue should not be worn. Your hair should be clean and tidy and tied back out of your face. Hair accessories should be minimal.
Facial Hair
We ask that facial hair is well trimmed, neat or alternatively that you are cleanly shaven. Moustaches should be well trimmed and not go over the top lip.

Our holiday year runs from 1st April - 31st March.All holidays must be taken and cannot be paid out or rolled over. Please notify your manager of any prebooked holiday.
We operate an auto-enrollment Pension Scheme which is managed by a company called Peoples Partnership. You will receive an email from People's Partnership on joining the company and you will be enrolled after 3 months
Our pay date is the last working day of each month. Our pay cycle is the 25th of the previous month to the 24th of the current month. (Slightly different for hourly pay)
