gender gap

in Italy

With the word "gender gap" we mean the difference between men and women in a lot of different areas, the most common are:•work (pay gap); •education (education gap); •society life (social gap).

Pay gap

The pay gap, or gender wage gap is the variance of salary between women and men.

EDUCATION GAP

in the years

We could start by saying that the education gap is the disparity, in academic performance, between men and women.Starting from the Middle Ages, women never had the access to education, but now it's different and women and men can go to school normally without any restriction.

The social gap is very common in society now and can comprehend any form of discrimination in the all day life like the sexual harrasment, an, unfortunately, very common topic today that still makes us understand that the mentality of the society, about women, is changing very slowly.
