- Lead DPRs and CPRs.
- Collect appropriate data and analyze results with faculty with the help from IEA and the CTL.
- Communicate and ensure all faculty are a part and aware of all changes, decisions, reasonings, etc.
- Complete the report containing faculty participation in assessing outcomes and report to the Pathway Dean when data is not submitted.
- Complete continuous improvement reporting in XITRACS ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met.
- Maintain departmental Canvas shells.
- Track faculty completion of DPRs and CPRs.
- Upload correct documents to the EAM Canvas shell.

Pathway deans
- Provide support for DPRs and CPRs.
- Review Continuous Improvement reports and provide feedback.
- Provide support to Curriculum Coordinators to ensure all faculty are completing GELO/PLO assessments and reporting data in Canvas correctly.
- Attend and support the State Curriculum Alignment meetings.
- Track faculty completion of AIRs.
- Track department faculty needs and make changes as needed.
- Lead Pathway and Program Map Reviews.
- Upload minutes from PPMR to the EAM Canvas shell.
