  • Lead DPRs and CPRs.
  • Collect appropriate data and analyze results with faculty with the help from IEA and the CTL.
  • Communicate and ensure all faculty are a part and aware of all changes, decisions, reasonings, etc.
  • Complete the report containing faculty participation in assessing outcomes and report to the Pathway Dean when data is not submitted.
  • Complete continuous improvement reporting in XITRACS ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met.
  • Maintain departmental Canvas shells.
  • Track faculty completion of DPRs and CPRs.
  • Upload correct documents to the EAM Canvas shell.

  • Provide support for DPRs and CPRs.
  • Review Continuous Improvement reports and provide feedback.
  • Provide support to Curriculum Coordinators to ensure all faculty are completing GELO/PLO assessments and reporting data in Canvas correctly.
  • Attend and support the State Curriculum Alignment meetings.
  • Track faculty completion of AIRs.
  • Track department faculty needs and make changes as needed.
  • Lead Pathway and Program Map Reviews.
  • Upload minutes from PPMR to the EAM Canvas shell.
