What Is Narrative Writing

Narrtive Writing is, essentially, story writing. A narrative can be function or nonfiction, and it can be also occupy the space between these as a semi auto biographical story, histortical fiction, or a dramatized retelling of actual events.

Story Elements

  • The characters in the narrative will be the preson you are writing about or the firends of that person
  • The setting will be were the narative will take place
  • Then the plot will be what happens in the beginning middle and end of the narrative

  • The Introduction grabs the reader's attention.
  • The setting for the story for the story is described
  • Some characters are introduced
  • Give a hint of the problem to come

  • Can be single or nurmous paragraphs
  • Provide lots of details, adjectives, adverbs, and action words
