OUR MACHINERIES

Winding Machines

Winding Machine is used to twine and wind wires onto a spool or bobbin which automatically tie knots and cut with a desired number of turns and tensions. This are utilized for winding magnetic wires for coil bobbins.

Solder Robots (SCARA)

This robot can move quickly from point to point and still maintain a good level of precision. It isn’t as scalable as the cartesian or six-axis robots and will struggle with dexterous movement applications. However, it’s typically a faster machine than the cartesian and the six-axis.

Lathe Machine and Drilling Machine

Used to fabricate and shape metals and woods through rotating of workpiece around a stationary cutting tool. Primarily used on tools, jigs and fixtures fabrication.

Spot Welding Machine

A spot welding machine involves a transformer for the power supply, welding electrodes, and other components that allow controlling the parameters in welding work (weld current, pressure, voltage, etc.).

Flux Magnetic Analyzer

An instrument used to measure the strength and direction of magnetic field of magnets and rare earth magnetic metals. It specifically measures the flux density of a magnet.
