Outbound Calls on Behalf of a Queue

It is important to remember when making an outbound call in Genesys, you should always be calling on behalf of a queue. This will allow you to utilize Secure Pause if needed!

Before entering in the phone number you want to call, begin typing in a Queue name to select. You can then type in the phone number, and click Call!

*Note: You will only be able to call on behalf of queues you are a member of.
