  • Report Groups- Use this tab for making sure students are up to date in Report Groups for proper reports on completion for SIP
    • Report groups are categorized by:
      • grade
      • subject
      • first letter of last name
    • To edit:
      • press on +
      • press on "Edit Student Enrollments"
      • Left side are ALL CCA students (consider that they exemption list)
      • if you want to ADD a student to take the test, find name on left side (use student search box), select name (press on box), press top arrow (facing right), press SAVE
      • if they should be exempt andyou want to take OUT of test taking, find name on right side and complete the same process
Rosters for Students, Staff and Classes are managed through Clever.

  • Personalized Instruction:
    • turn on and off for math and reading
    • Passing Score set here
  • Licensed Usage:
    • Shows number of specific licenses that CCA carries for instruction and diagnostic testing
  • Report:
    • Set to Default License Setting

    • Allows you to reassign new or cancel current diagnostic test
    • How to:
      • press on subject
      • press on Assign New or Cancel Current
      • select HOW you want to Assign or Cancel: School, Class, Report Group, or by individual student
      • press on green arrow (bottor right of screen)
      • search by name (in search bar)
      • select by pressing on box by name (you may select multiples per time)
      • press green arrow bottom right of screen
      • double check names

      • press "Assign or Cancel" green box at bottom (you will see that changes were saved at top of screen)
    • Literacy Tasks:
      • Benchmark Information (Phonics, Fluency)
    • Dyslexia Screener:
      • Materials (PDFs)

Reports can be run by School, Class, Student or Batch. You must select which you want first, then go into the tabs listed below.

Look to the right to see the specific information available under: School, Class, Student and Batch

Diagnostic:

  • Reading or Math (except Literacy Tasks and Dyslexia Screener Exports under All Exports)
  • Allows you to:
    • See status (not started, in progress, completed, rush flags)
    • Results (overall placement)
    • Instructional Grouping placement by diagnostic (grades K-8)
    • Growth (Annual and Stretch) status (grades K-8 only)
    • sort by PA standards (under Class tab)
    • Export- PDF created containing student data filtered by: subject, academic year, username, demographic information, and Class/Teacher/Report Group Association

  • Allows you to:
    • View Personalized Instruction data (time on task, lessons passed, etc...)
    • Create Export for Personalized Instruction
      • Filter by subject, year, and student data (username, demographic information, class/teacher/report group association)
      • download into PDF
    • Create Export for Instructional usage
      • filter by subject, academic year, usage by student or class, student data and personalized data (lesson time on task, lessons passed and completed, percentage of lessons passed)

All Exports

All Exports:

  • Reading or Math
    • Includes Historical data (for class and student tabs), and For Families data (for student and batch reports)
  • Allows you to:
    • School- Filter needed information (student data, diagnostic data, personalized instruction) and export reports
    • Class/Student- filter historical results for past school year by subject, teacher and class or report group (or individual student)
    • Student- Historical data (as above) or for families report. Gives same data, but does not give specific grade levels (terms: tested out, needs improvement, approaching, etc...) In addition, it offers explaniations and parental suggestions for student by domain
    • Batch Print- filter by subject, results, growth and for families reports (large documents- filter by class, teacher, student )
