Adding a Guest to a Store Case
When our store partners contact us, our first instinct might be to make a case under the store number - but remember that if they are calling in regarding a specific guest, we need to document the case under the guest's name.
When a case is created for a store first, the guest name field will be blank. Simply click on the pencil icon to edit, and begin typing in the customer's name to locate them!Watch the demo video below to see it in action!
