Who is RITA?

RITA is the software we use to take our client's calls. She was created in-house by our fantastic development team.We answer and transfer calls using RITA and the intergrated Flex Twilio system. We also send messages via email, text or email & text! Our clients also have access to an online portal and app, where they can find a log of all of their calls and messages. We can even send messages directly to their portal/app!
