We took our account-focused approach and efficiently sourced, recruited, screened, and submitted 2-5 quality candidates for each role within the first 5-10 business days. Our vast network of quality and diverse talent made finding recruiters for their internal teams seamless.

By working with Full Umbrella, 6sense was able to build out two internal recruiting teams (GTM & Tech) which helped to double their employee headcount in less than 12 months. Full Umbrella filled multiple senior GTM roles, senior recruiter roles, employer branding roles, and technical roles. All of the candidates placed self-identified as diversity-add (100%).
