Learner Persona
Learning Objectives
Using the Blooms Taxonomy and SMART objectives, the following learning objectives were decided:1) Define organisation and department purposes, policies and procedures. 2) Identify essential locations within the organisations and department. 3) Explain payroll requirements including expenses, sick leave, benefits and pensions. 4) Outline expectations and agreements for the organsation and department 5) Apply Moodle gudies into practice within the workplace. 6) Explain career opportunities offered within the organisation including personal development, appraisals and training offered to achive CPD.
The target audience for this course is a new starter who has recently joined the Gloucestershire Retinal Education Group as a welcome pack. As well as a new starter, this can also be used for upskilling existing staff. Please find below examples of learner personas:

The course content will be split into six main modules. WIthin these modules, they will be divided into different topics, to ensure each learning objective is covered. The modular framework represents these modules.
The modules will include different topics. Within each topic, there will also be sub-topics, which will help to structure the content within the topics.
