Now, our guy in the back was most likely a food service manger. Food service managers ensure we get the best service possible and help establish a well rounded restaurant. Their work can be sorted into two main categories.

To become a successful manager you must have quality communication, leadership, problem solving, and much more personal skills.

In order to become a food service manager you must have a high school diploma, and previous work in the food industry. For example, a waitress or a chef. You may go to culinary school or college, and study things like business law.
