1.INTRODUCTION

Ireland is a country located in western Europe, it has around 5 million inhabitants and an average temperature of 12ºC. Its capital is Dublin.

The Irish flag is composed of three vertical stripes. The first one is green and represents the Catholics, the second one is white and represents peace, and the third one is orange and represents the Protestants.

3. Traditions

This day is celebrated on March 17 annually to conmemorate the death of Saint Patrick of Ireland, patron saint of this country.
