Students should identify an issue that they want to address. Their action should serve to help impove that issue.

This is the paper application, the Google form application is available in Canvas.

Recognition

Students will receive a notation on their transcript, a certificate, a cord for graduation, and Seal from the State of California.

As a sophomore, junior, or senior in the Oxnard Union High School District, you will find the application (Google Form) for the State Seal of Civic Engagement available in your Canvas Dashboard. Como Sophomore, Junior, o Senior, en el Oxnard Union High School District, encontrará la solicitud para el Sello Estatal de Compromiso Cívico en el "Google Form" en su Curso de Canvasen el que se inscribirá automáticamente. También se aceptarán solicitudes en papel. Enlace de solicitud en papel ----->

Los estudiantes se inscriben automáticamente, pero si no ve su curso, puede utilizar el enlace a continuación para agregarlo.
