Set-up Students in pairs and all should hit in the same direction. How to play 1. Work with your group to complete each of the Level 1 Toss Drills 2. Focus on accuracy and control by using skill cues.

How to play 1. Work with your partner to complete each of the Partner Rally Drills. 2. Work to complete 5 consecutive hits (JV) or 10 consecutive hits (Varsity) 3. When you’ve reached JV or Varsity, move on to the next drill. 4. If you attempt 5 rallies without reaching JV or Varsity, move on to the next drill. 5. If you make it through all 3 drills, go back to drill 1 and try and beat your best score.
