A cycle is something that repeats itself. Lunar Cycle, Day/Night Cycle, Seasons, Water Cycle!

What do the H's and L's mean?
What do the blue and red lines mean?
The blue lines are cold fronts. The red lines are warm fronts. The wind causes fronts to move from place to place. They are called fronts because as they move the change the weather that is in front of them.
The H's are high pressure systems, and the L's are low pressure systems. High pressure systems (H) usually bring nice sunny weather. Low pressure systems (L) usually bring stormy weather.
