ENOLA HOLMES

MURDER AT THE FANCY DRESS PARTY

HELP ENOLA SOLVE THE CASE THANKS TO YOUR CONTROL OF PAST TENSES

During a school reunion of ex-students, someone screamed from one of the classrooms. It was 8.30 pm. A few minutes later the dead body of Rose Collins, an unpopular English teacher, was found dead. It was a fancy dress party and she was dressed as the statue of liberty. Someone hit her on the head. Who did it?

I NEED YOUR HELP!! I know that you're experts on past tenses and I need you to use your knowledge to help me interrogate the suspects. To ask one question, select a suspect and choose the type of question you want to make. (e.g. "I want to ask for the alibi of the witch"). Then complete the missing information with past simple or past continuous and use the detective sheet to record the information. After that, make another question to a different suspect. Continue like this until you have asked all the questions to all the suspects. and please let me know if you find out who killed Rose! I also want to know why the suspicious objects were in her tote bag...

CLUES

Mr. Evans is Paul Dean's father; he and Rose Collins had a relationship in college. Rose Collins had always kept it a secret but after the last argument with Paul, she decided to tell him the truth. She told Mr. Evans about her plan and they argued. Elena Watt overheard them. Mr. Evans was furious and he followed Rose Collins to the classroom and hit her over the head. He wasn't in his office when everyone heard the scream, that's why when Paul Dean knocked on the door he got no answer.
