iReady Diagnostic

The Winter iReady Reading Diagnostic:

• helps us know what your learners have learned about reading thus far and what your learners are ready to learn next

• customizes the individualized online lesson path for each learner

• does not assign a letter grade; rather, it adapts to your learners’ needs in order to provide the best learning experience for them

• Please join your learner in our live classroom session scheduled in Edio.
• I will be sharing instructions with you and your learner first.
• Help your learner log into their diagnostic.
• Each learner will be assigned to an individual breakout room in zoom to complete the Diagnostic.
• Encourage your learner to do their best.
• I will be dropping in to check on your learners progress.
• It is important to refrain from providing hints, reading questions, or reading the reading passages to your learners because it will cause the Diagnostic to ask harder questions and place your learners on a lesson path that is too difficult.
