About Me
Nicholas Howell
I am Nicholas Howell. I am from Pensacola, Florida. Even though I am from Pensacola, I used to live in Daphne, Alabama, when I was younger. I have an older brother and two cats. I am majoring in civil engineering. My favorite place on campus is the RWC. My favorite sport is football, and my favorite NFL team is the Saints. I am an outdoorsman, and my favorite past times are biking, hiking, and snorkeling. My main motivation for taking this class is my interest in geology and geography. I am fascinated with the numerous different geographic and geological environments that I have seen in some of my hikes and dives. One of my favorite spots to hike at is a large clay bluff located off of Juniper Creek in Milton, Florida. I also love to visit Florida Caverns State Park, which is located in Marianna, Florida. I have recently gotten into spelunking (cave exploration), which has helped to fuel my interest with geology.
