Aims for 2024

Articles & Q&A's

We upload the Tax & VAT articles and Q&A's through Word Press to Vantage's website under the accounting resources section. We use websites Grammarly and QuillBot to check for any mistakes before publishing onto the website. We then post these on to our social media accounts and also email out fortnightly via mailchimp to gain attention to our site for accountants that may be interested in current topics.

Social Media

We aim to post three times a week to our LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts. We schedule everything in ahead of time using Hootsuite. This website allows us to choose the most optimised time to post.

• Wednesday - Tax or VAT article
• Friday - Q&A

This is to space out content, but still ensure we are consistent and keeping up an online presence. These filler ads vary from Tax Fee Protection slogans, to holiday ads, such as Christmas and New Year. Once a week, we go through our Activity on all accounts to reply to comments and 'Like' reposts.

Business Cards

We have updated the business cards for all BDMs. This is done on Canva, which is what we use for all our designs from filler ads to the presentation folders.

Brochure/ Presentation folder

We have created a new brochure using the new branding guidelines. These will be given to all BDMs to take to their meetings with clients. The presentation folders will include other documents such as example letters and the new business cards.

Leaflets & Flyers

We have a variety of bespoke leaflets and a standard leaflet. We have also produced flyers as a cheaper alternative to the leaflets in 4 colours.

HMRC Magazines & Tolley's Webinars

On the Vantage Portal on the AddVantage section, accountants have access to the HMRC Magazines & Tolley's Tax webinars. We upload the HMRC Magazines using Issuu and Piranha. Once we have been sent the Tolley's webinar, we compress this in Adobe Media Encoder and upload it onto the Vantage Portal through Piranha. We email out a link to live clients to view the webinar via Youtube and give the option for accountants to log in to also view via their Portal. This is done every 2 months once we recieve the webinar from Tolleys. Clients can also download the powerpoint notes. These are saved down in our Marketing folder. We also email round a PDF version of the HMRC magazine and also the link to login to their Portal if they wish to view on there. Again, this is done every 2 months once we have recieved the publiction. Then as a reminder we also send out one article from the magazine via mailchimp to live clients.

Vantage Presentation

We have two presentations:- Sales - New starters The Vantage sales presentation is all about Vantage. This would be presented to prospect clients as part of the sales pitch process. The New starters explains our proccesses and about Vantage.
