• Letting everybody leaves his/her mark and realizes his/her project if possible.

• Host and community manager (Podcasts).
• Polyvalent member (Engineers' Gala): comm responsible + venue-club and sponsor-club relationship manager (FlER) + contacting guests and participants, writing emails and oragnizing an activity (AGENDA).
• Comm dep manager.

• Motivation and dedication.
• Being Responsible.Taking risks only if it's worth it.
• Being handy if needed (volunteering in many events).

Mission

• Friendship and affinity should not influence decisions, all members are equal regardless of their post and length of membership.
• Giving each member his/her moment to shine.
• Creativity is a must-have in order to take the club into a whole different level.

• Helping members develop, surpass themselves and learn about the professional world while ensuring a healthy work environment.
