  • a pound of walnuts
  • a pound of hazelnuts
  • a pound of almonds
  • 100g of sugar
  • a spoonful of honey
  • two glasses of liquer
  • a pound of flour
  • chunks of chocolate

METHOD

  1. In a container mix all the dried fruit and add liqueurs of your choice...
  2. Mix and then leave the fruit to soak for 5 days with the container covered (then every day you mix the mixture)...
  3. After 5 days the container is opened and sugar, flour and honey are added, to make it solid...
  4. . Finally, the mixture is placed in a turtle shell-shaped soil, it is letf to take the shape of the container and it is turned and then placed in the oven.
