Consumerism in society
The more we have, the happier we become
The desire for owning becomes an addiction that makes us want to have everything we see. This desire becomes greater if this specific thing is consumed by most people. This thing, through popularity, can become ubiqutous and turn from a want to a need.
The consumeristic mindset of society
We consume not only out of desire but fear
Showing our identity through what we consume
A visual representation of which society one comes from
Consumerism is sustained through this mindset

Greenwashing
Green Sheen
is a form of advertising in which green PR and green marketing are deceptively used to persuade the public that an organization's products, aims and policies are environmentally friendly An example of greenwashing is when an organization spends significantly more resources on advertising being "green" than on environmentally sound practices
Activists are calling on the United Nations to remove Coca-Cola as a sponsor of the year's most significant global climate summit, calling the partnership “pure greenwash” and pointing to the soft drink giant's outsized contribution to the global plastic waste crisis and its role in perpetuating climate change.
