Factory reseting WOW! tv+ box

If you need to factory reset the box, don't press the reset button on the box because this will just reboot the equipment. You can press and hold the bluetooth while the box is booting up to perform a factory reset or go to Settings > Device Preferences> Factory Reset.

If customer services are affected by an ouatge don't try to troubleshoot, educate the customer instead.

Q: My Internet service has been disconnected for 3 hours. Can you help me? A: I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble with your Internet service! We are currently experiencing an outage in your area that is being addressed by our Technicians in the area. I don’t have an estimated time when services will be back online. If services are not restored later today, please give us a call for an update. Are there any other questions I can address?
