Google Scholar

Google Scholar is a great resource for research. One of the first things you should do when using it is connect it to the BYU Library. That way, you’ll have access to more articles without having to pay a dime.

BYU Library access in Google Scholar

Steps:1. Go to scholar.google.com 2. Click the hamburger menu in the top left 3. Click "Settings" 4. Click "Library links" 5. Search "Brigham Young University" 6. Check the box that says "Brigham Young University - GET IT! @BYU" 7. Click Save

Now, when you search for sources using keywords, you'll see that some articles say “GET IT! @ BYU.” Click on that link to access the article for free.
