The fairy of autumn came and brought us riches deserved after everyone's work

Autumn is a season rich in harvests, the basket is full of vegetables picked in mid-September: tomatoes,peppers, cucumbers

In addition to vegetables, we pick apples of different varieties: golden parmen red astrakhan.

Nuts are rich in iodine, necessary for our growing body.

Carrots contains, among others, many other essential nutrients for the human body: folic acid, vitamin K and calcium.Carrots can be eaten raw, in salads or cooked in soups and stews.

The onion originated in the steppe regions of central and western Asia, probably the territory of present-day Afghanistan. It is one of the oldest cultivated plants, being valued at approx. 5,000 years ago, cultivated as a medicinal plant, spice and vegetable. In ancient Egypt the onion was considered a symbol of eternal life, due to its round shape and concentric rings[2] and was offered to the gods, or was used as payment currency to reach heaven, so were the workers who built the pyramids.In the kitchen it is used as a spice. In medicine, together with garlic, it helps restore and normalize blood circulation.

Currently, garlic is considered important thanks to the way it can help prevent many diseases. Garlic has been used since the Middle Ages for optimal health. Scientists have discovered new interesting uses of this food and the benefits it can offer.

Vegetables and fruits harvested in autumn help us to obtain the necessary supplements for a healthy life.
