What is this?

- Also known as; Vision board, Goal board, visualization board, or dream board. - A powerful visualization tool - A great way to capture the essence and the specifics of your dreams and make them a reality.

Prioritize self-care time, put effort into my DIY projects, find a church home, etc. 5 YEAR GOALS- Ex. focus more intentionally on boundary setting with certain people in my life, Get engaged/married to my boyfriend, Find a house I love 10 YEAR GOALS- Ex. Travel to new places, get my healthy lifestyle in check/ “do better to feel better”, be intentional in how I treat myself and others- “anxiety-busting”, Achieve 100% financial freedom

Step 1: Clarify your goals/dreams/aspirations.

Step 2: When deciding what to put on a vision board, use your own photos or search your favorite websites for images/ artistic additions. -Pinterest and Canva (Both are free to use and download easily when wanting to save your progress.) - use powerful and inspiring words.

Step 3: Make the board you create visible!! You can use it as the screensaver on your computer desktop and the wallpaper on your smartphone so you see it often.
