Before going through something more specific in regards to the role it's always worth going through some basic interview tips as below. This is by no means an exhaustive list but some ideas to help the candidate.

- Take your time answering questions
- If over teams, prep their workspace/tech
- Read the job spec and match up their experience
- Never mention salary or breaks
