We begin todays discussion on the take home assignment. We to create a safe space for discussion, free of judgement amongst peers. Students will discuss their personalities and personality types using the theories discussed in day 1. Now we can create our genograms ! Students can dive into family career history and reflect on the things they would've learnt about their own personality in preparation for subject selection and the career fair on day 3 Day 2 ends with a discussion on work ethics to further prepare students for day 3's career fair.

DAY 3
Welcome to the Career Fair ! This will be an all day activity. Students are encouraged to come in the appropriate work attire
College representatives from USC and UWI would be there. Students are encouraged to visit the booths.
Day 1 Welcome, to day 1 of our career development program! Today we want to have a sitdown discussion, we will dive into values, strengths and weaknesses. As well as help you identify your own. We will discuss theories and genograms, and students will be given a take home assignment.
Interviews would be conducted on the final day of the program (1 week after the career fair.) Students would be interviewed by persons in their desired career field and be given an evaluation questionnaire upon completion.
Organizations from the private and public sector will also be present.
