This resource contributes to literacy development because students are exposed to how small rephrasings or reframings completely change the meaning of the work. AllSides is a great tool when coupled with a lesson on connotative language or the power of language.

• This tool provides instant feedback and students receive multiple opportunities to answer the same question over and over again so that they can correct gaps in understanding

This tool allows students the opportunity to write and publish work to share with other students. Students can create a timeline, written work, interactive map, stream, or wall of ideas and thoughts.

Students are provided a chance to share their work with peers and receive direct feedback. From there, they can reshape and forge new ideas or approaches to their task.
