Paella Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a cold soup. the base has simple ingredients like tomato, garlic and cucumber.

Originally, paella was made with the addition of chicken, but its popularization led to versions with shrimp, squid, octopus and mussels, a version that ended up becoming more famous than the original.
