PRM Process

At your last PRM, we will have talked about the next meeting date. This will have been between 8 - 12 weeks from the last one. There will have been actions to complete!

Put this date in your diary and in your mentor's diary too!

  • Completed and sent your PRM form back to your ELT.
  • Written narratives (with supporting evidence) to cover the KSB for the month of your PRM.
  • Uploaded your check point checklist onto Canvas.

Your ELT will now review and give feedback ahead of the next PRM

Not met? ELTs now have to report in where progress is not being made to Programme Leaders. It is also marked on your PRM form.

Your next PRM is then held and the process starts again!
