Geography:Mexico is a land of extremes, with high mountains and deep canyons in the center of the country, sweeping deserts in the north, and dense rain forests in the south and east. Mountains cover much of Mexico

Mexican traditional dishes

Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo y Calderón was a mexican painter known for her portaits and self portraits. Her paintings are still extremely famous.

Traces of Mesoamerican cuisine are found in Mexican dishes today. In the spanic colonization, the spaniards introduced chicken, pork and beef, and afterwords garlic, onion, wine, and rice also made their way into cooked dishes.
