Intermediate Unit 1

PresentaTION

My name Leidy Carolina López Hernández, I am a mother, wife, employee, colleague, with a leadership personality, very focused on achieving her goals little by little, I relate very well in the social and work environment, very interactive in personal events and social, a great mother at home, I have 2 sons of whom I am fortunate that one is already a professional, I have achieved that my studies on technique and technology directed to the area of public accounting, developed at the SENA educational center ( National Learning Service) which managed to get me admitted and approved as an initial study to be able to continue with my public accounting career, in the workplace I have managed to gradually ascend over time and according to my experience, effort and participation in different companies, I am currently studying my last semesters of the public accounting career at the UNAD university (National Open and Distance University).

MEDIUM-TERM GOALS

My medium-term goals would be to be able to finish the subjects of the public accounting degree that I am studying, I will be interested in being able to continue working on my English to be able to handle it more fluently and correctly to be able to communicate a little better in terms of dialogue with the other people and not have future corrections or mistakes, I will purchase my own vehicle so that I can transport myself to my possible destinations that I can establish in one or two years and I could also transport myself in it to the different work points that I would have to attend , I am going to have my own home that is separate from all other assets and apply for financial aid from the different financial organizations available. I would like to be able to join the gym, practice some sport more often and be able to improve my physical condition a little , I am going to save to be able to have a little more resources for the different occasions of sharing time with my family in different places, I am going to enroll in a course to learn intermediate level cooking recipes and to be able to practice them at home, I am going to do a study of a specialization that nourishes my career and to be able to start a law degree which I think perfectly complements accounting.

LONG-TERM GOALS

My long-term goals is that I will acquired the possibility of establishing a public accounting office or point to be able to offer my services to the public and establish it as a business that can expand (this business could be established given the title that the UNAD University), I will have my Own house free of payments to the financial entities that helped me acquire it, I will have a monetary fund that I could use for trips to unexpected places with nature themes, lakes, landscapes and animals within the country or in different countries, I will have the possibility of traveling to know historical monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, the Tower of Pisa, the Statue of Liberty and others, I will have celebrated my youngest son's school grade and I will be able to accompany him in the process, I will have the possibility of being able to settle in another country and have different nationalities to be able to enter without problems and visit my relatives too, I will enjoy the time taking care of my future grandchildren and their upbringing, I will have the possibility of having acquired all the basic and unitary goods such as housing, vehicle and economic stability through agencies of insurance.
