Homeward GO! was a first of it's kind new hire onboarding experience that maintained a mimium learner eNPS of 86 since it's launch in February 2022.

An average learner applicability score of 4.82/5 was maintained across all learning programs delivered at Homeward.

As part of a bi-weekly cross-training initiative, data was pulled on the number of unrelated questions asked by peers of key production teams. What started as an average of 75+ questions a week was reduced to less than 15.
