A drink that typically contains large amounts of caffeine, added sugars, other additives, and legal substances. Such as: Monster, Boost, Prime, Redbull and many other energy drinks.

Some of the dangers of having energy drinks daily or overdosing the caffenine inside the energy drinks can lead to high blood pressure, headaches/stomach aches and sleep disturbances.

WHY DO PEOPLE DRINK ENERGY DRINKS?

People drink energy drinks because they help you stay awake, it helps you stay alert some people in the morning before work they drink coffee which has caffiene like most energy drinks.
