freaky friday is a movie about how a mother and a daughter exchange bodies thanks to a kind of chinese incantation. The natural disaster that we can find in this movie is an earthquake, specifically two, one at the beginning of the movie and one at the end.

The earthquake is part of the incantation, since, when it happens, it means that the incantation "worked", basically. The second earthquake happens so that they return to their original bodies.
