In the Olympic games, athletes compete to see who is faster, stronger, better than the rest. Humans do this sport for sport. But in the natural world animals and insects do it to stay alive.

Some ........s can dive 1,600 metres under water and stay there for two hours.

Emperor ...........s can dive nearly 540 meters under water.
