Awareness
There have been pictures sent to the teachers as well as the parents on the classroom WhatsApp group for all to see. There have been announcements made in the staffroom as well asking the teachers to make the studdnts in their classrooms aware.
Educate
I have conducted an assembly surrounding my project. I have spoken about the importance of keeping the bathrooms clean as well as the repercussions of vandalism in the bathrooms. I have shown my class the images of the bathrooms and we had a discussion surrounding the different statements in the speech bubbles and what it means to them.
Unite
Grade 7 prefects have been asked to help paint one Friday after school.
Parent and community involvement
A post has been made on REPS news regarding the initiative and a list was made regarding the items which were needed such as paint brushes, thinners and paint.
