JEFE DE ESTADO

Se refiere al órgano supremo del estado en cuanto a relaciones internacionales, es el representante.Cuenta con ciertos privilegios, como lo son la inviolavilidad de su persona y la inmunidad de jurisdicción civil y penal, sin embargo puede renunciar a la inmunidad civil.

SECRETARÍA DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES

Su función principal es dirigir la política exterior de un país.

6.2 LOS AGENTES DIPLOMÁTICOS

Agentes diplomáticos

Los agentes diplomáticos son las personas a las que se les inviste de la capacidad para ejercer las funciones diplomáticas actuando en nombre del Estado.

6.3 AGENTES CONSULARES

Son agentes oficiales que un estado establece en ciudades de otros estados, con el fin de proteger sus intereses y los de sus nacionales.
