Would you say that everything happens for a reason? Not sure if we can say that but, a reason is definitely the starting point of everything.

REASON: produce books and texts in a faster and easier way.CHANGES: without the printing press we would have no source of information or even entertainment.

REASON: simple curiosity of humanity and the desire of a faster travelling system.CHANGES: flying is now the easiest and actually safest way of travelling.

REASON: we all deserve the same rights.CHANGES: our world isn't perfect but, movements and fights like this are the beginning of change.

Between 1954 and 1968, campaigns and political movements were created in America in order to abolish racial descrimination in the country.

REASON: this travel would create exciting engineering challenges and competitions between powerful countries.CHANGES: we have know a wider range of knowledge on the Solar System.

REASON: we are looking for evidences of life in another planet. CHANGES: can Mars be our planet B?

And Humanity was never the same...

Internet started existing at the end of 20th century but the early 2000's were the years of technology explosion and social media era.CHANGES: there isn't anything in our life that hasn't been affected or changed by this digital era. Most of us can't even think of a reality before feeds, likes and scrolling.

September 11 Attacks

CHANGES: due to these attacks and horrible consequences, boarding security and terrorism plans started being devoloped in every country.Unfortunetely, this also increased descrimination towards different cultures and religions, mainly in America.

REASON: eye-opening.CHANGES: better understanding of desiases and the human body. The consequences of this pandemic are really noticeable in mental health studies and economic changes.

WHAT ABOUT NOW?

Are we creating any life-changing event?

My answer is simple: TikTok.Tiktok uses an infinite timeline, which actually works like a drug in our system. This method of digital entertainment has already changed other platforms and content. I truly believe that in a few years, a new era of digital consume will be established in our lives.
