PEACE CONFLICTS

Cause of conflicts can arise for a variety of reasons, example :

2. Lack of respect
3. Jealousy and envy

Resolving conflict

1.Compromise2.Negotiation 3.Mediation

• Compromise is often one of the slowest way to resolve the conflicts.

• It can be difficult to reach a compromise when both parties have stong opinions about an issue.

• This style of conflict can be more time-consuming and require more "people skills"

• People that use compromise to resolve conflict attempts to balance the needs of both or all sides in a conflict by encouraging everyone to give in on at least some points.

Compromise also include communication. Each person should feel able to communicate when a compromise is especially difficult or downright impossible.
