iMPORTANCE OF TRADITIONAL GAMES

Arianna

The importance and impact of traditional games in Ecuador lies in the fact that although they are seen as a purely recreational activity, in their heyday they were part of the exchange and social interaction between people in their towns or communities. Thanks to these activities, bonds, friendships and ties were forged within the community itself. (Educarplus, 2021) It can also help to educate students, not only about working in groups, also to develop values and have fun while learning. Sadly, these games have been left to a side thanks to the appearance of the technological devices. As Ecuadorians, we must recover this, by being a part of our culture.
