Reports

Reports allow you to custom build exportable CSV files with data points from the donation, the donor, tribute information, and recurring donation profile. Use filters to narrow your search. Set a schedule to send to your admin automatically.

The dashboard is what you see when you first log into RaiseDonors. This gives you a summary report of recent visitors to your giving page, gift count, and dollars raised.

This page is where your premiums-or the non tax deductible benefits your donors might recievelive. You can create and manage your products before they are added to giving pages.

This page is where your donor data live. Use the search bar to find specific contacts. Click on a donor name to find donation history and options to email or manage donor.

Pages are where your donors will make a donation online. Navigate here to create a new page, interact with your existing page, or report on page activity.

This page shows you each individual gift in order of most recent. By selecting the ID, you will be able to see all of the transaction details in a gift and are given the options to refund payment and resend reciept.

Projects are your projects or designations. This is what your donors are giving toward. This page allows you to manage and create your projects.

This is primarily used by folks who take donations over the phone. This allows for a new gift to be created in an efficient way.
