As Ayala recalls, he began patent procedures in 2010, once in the territory there was still no record of inventions such as the FAYAC sphere.

Finally Ayala complied with registering the Fayac sphere in the IEPI (Ecuadorian Institute of Intellectual Property) and obtained ownership of his patent.

PRESENTATION
